This update solves the card draw problem with the best card draw in the game (IMO) - Messenger Raven! Lessens the dependence on Dalla a lot
Removed the loyal/unique stark chuds and replaced them with Silent Sisters - functionally the same as both Jeynes and Sansa Stark (WotN), but can get huge in the late game.
Added Tears of Lys because it's cheap and easy kill, and Nightmares had less impact more often than not.
Incidentally, the move to making Stark a banner made them out-of-house, increasing the value of Ocean Road and making those sweet Ward and Harrenhal (GoH) plays much easier to pull off.
Plotwise, removed Forgotten Plans and added Barring the Gates. You can eat the The First Snow of Winter (assuming it's even in their plot deck), and Barring the Gates incidentally hits so many things it's ridiculous.
Freeze any Plaza of Punishment with extreme prejudice. Targ is such a bad matchup for this deck it's like I want to make a Targ variant.
