I am a beginner and building decks with 3 cores to get myself familiarized with the card pool. The plan is to clock some time with these decks and slowly mod them with expansions/chapter packs. I am kinda overwhelmed by the card pool, meta and various complex card interactions that others are talking about so I hope that starting small helps.
That said, I am looking for advice on deck composition and fallacies in my strategy/choice of cards!
Some thoughts:

Little Bird helps to plug the lack of intrigue in this deck and provides me with another angle of attack should the opportunity arises.

Like Warm Rain feels like a trick that I can use against an unsuspecting opponent. I was considering Put to the Sword in this slot.

Rattleshirt's Raiders and Confiscation were added to provide a way to deal with attachments like Heartsbane (which I faced recently).

I am uncomfortable with A Storm of Swords as it might end up doing nothing if the board state does not favor me. I may replace this with a second Counting Coppers.
- I am not sure if more copies of Eddard Stark (Core) is needed to take advantage of the duplicate rule. Also at 7 gold, it is not a card I want to see early or if at all?
