Deck which I ran at our 10 people tournament, it went 3-1, only loss was timed, one win was timed.
General game plan is opening with Counting Coppers, into Trading with the Pentoshi while only playing cards that will help you go through reset(s).
Although it may seem that Political Disaster is bad in a deck with 19 locations, most of them are sacrificed for effect.
Scorching Deserts work really well, slowing down opponent first couple of turns.
Orphan of the Greenblood also works nice when you have it on Trading turn, fill it with gold, then in taxation return important characters before playing Valar Morghulis.
Arianne Martell is most important character here, having the ability to put almost any character into play.
Perhaps the weakest characters are Ricasso and Quentyn Martell, Pyromancers are probably good replacement for them.
