Something I've been working on since LoCR deluxe came out. Pretty straightforward, Tywin raises the probability of each of the other card's pillage condition to trigger. Hand's Solar works great with Ser Gregor: Intrigue win triggers Without his Beard, Claim then reduces the player's hand further, Pillage AND a possible point-and-click removal from Gregor's ability, AND finally, Renown. Savage.
Summons to ensure a Tywin draw t least once per game or a dupe.

I've been thinking about how to make a good pillage deck for a while and a couple ideas I game up with that are for discard but not pillage per se are to open Late Summer Feast and then drop Wraiths in their Mist for plot 2 so your opponent gets card draw but then has to ditch it. Then when they have a low in hand card count use Trading with the Pentoshi to give them extra gold and then run x3 Loot so you get a bigger number of cards discarded with it. I never ended up building the deck because I felt there was still not quite enough to really mill very well, but perhaps a couple ideas to play around with.
