So this is just a fun Tully-Rush deck for quick games.
Fragile but fast. You either win turn 2-3 or not at all. Your location for the agenda is The Starry Sept.
Basically you just need to win power challenges and not die. Try to trigger all the power grabbing stuff and to get as much Renown as you can.
Nice combos:
Use The Starry Sept to move power on your The Blackfish (WotN) + Riverrun, in Standing phase or Marshalling phase. Effectively you can get 4 power on Blackfish on turn 2, in which case your next plot should be Heads on Spikes for a high initiative, so that you can attack with Tullys as the first player.
Same Self-Starry Sept works well to boost STR of Catelyn Stark (WotN), just don't do it in the challenges phase, obviously.
Jory Cassel with Winter plot revealed can give power to any Tully + Riverrun can be very strong and unexpected. Perfect when you are the second player and defending a challenge and you make a 4 power The Blackfish (WotN) to retaliate
Support of the People to grab an extra stand, or Street of the Sisters/Riverrun for an extra power in the same reaction window.
Wildfire Assault + Catelyn Stark (WotN) + Riverrun + maybe Karstark Lancer. This can close the game in the Plot Phase giving you up to 5 power before an opponents plot can trigger. Its fun to win just before your opponents Valar Morghulis was supposed to kill you. Just make sure to go first and trigger Wildfire first.
Family, Duty, Honor is a fun save, no one expects it, its almost like Risen from the Sea. If you have it in hand, but your key Tully Character has no power, then you might want to drop 1 power from The Starry Sept on him, as a Valar precaution.
Keep in mind that The Starry Sept can help you win challenges. If you need to lose 1 power from The Starry Sept to blank Theon Greyjoy (TFoA) or Robert Baratheon (Core) or Ser Jaremy Rykker or some other problematic guy, then do it, you will get that power back anyway when you win the challenge + more power on top for Renown and other triggers.
Karstark Lancer boosts the The Starry Sept.
Sometimes you might use A Tourney for the King, when you have too many knights. However i rarely used this plot. This one has potential to be changed to something else, maybe more Heads on Spikes?
Above the Rest is ofcourse an amazing card. Stand AND an extra power? Yes, please. This card with Riverrun can basically make a 4-power The Blackfish (WotN) in 1 turn, considering his Renown.
Sometimes you will need to play Compelled by the Faith if you feel a Valar Morghulis coming, its a nice power saving plot, even though it takes power from Blackfish and Cat.
There might be more fun interactions within the deck
Have fun!
