A quick, dirty Stark deck that uses the Lannister splash to cover its weakness to intrigue. A Storm of Swords combos nicely with Ser Jaime Lannister and the Vanguard of the North, and along with Ice,Put to the Sword, and Winter Is Coming, you ought to be able to control the board nicely by killing everyone on the other side of the board.

Great job. I've been trying to put up a decent Stark kill deck, but I went down another road - Tyrell, for many reasons which you list here, but also being able to buff themselves for some extra power to Put to the Sword a bit more ease. :) Here on the other hand you have Tyrion to give you money to play your events and you can ambush Widow's Wail for +2 ... so not bad ... not bad at all :)

Think maybe 3 x Gates of Winterfell is a bit much for a non-Fealty deck? 22 of 60 of your cards don't work with it--so a third of a time it'll whiff. Might still be worth it, but wanted to point it out. Cool idea.

Actually the Gates of Winterfell will only work for 35 cards out of 59, less than 60%, not a good ratio at all. It will whiff 2 times out of 5. Rebuilding could help by putting Stark cards back into the deck.

Card draw is at such a premium in the core set that I'd probably consider 3xGates of Winterfell, even with this many non- cards.

Though, with how rare it seems to be for games to move past the plot deck reset, an extra For the North! might add a similar amount of card draw to the 3rd copy.

I'd personally wouldn't cut out 3 deck slots, so I can get an extra card every second turn(that's a total of 3 or 4 extra card for the entire first plot rotation) and this is assuming you hit the damn gates on turn 1.
