I know Wildfyre is usually an obligatory selection for Greyjoy, but felt economy was possible more important, thus the second Summer Harvest though probably the wrong choice.

well im glad we got all the constructive comments out of the way early |
It might be worth swapping one of the Harvests for a Calling the Banners - extra initiative control should be pretty big, and you can probably still use it to get out a big character. You might also be able to get some good use out of Shierak Qiya - Balon loves that card. |
With the look of this build I dont see why Wildfire should no be included. IMO this deck will win or lose by turn 4 at the latest. My plot choices would be open with Vary's Riddle, 2 SH then close with Rise or if the power totals dictate VR, SH then Rise. This leaves 3 what I like to call 'contingency' plot spaces, Wildfire and Confiscation are two ''go to'' ones for myself. Marched is also good for this purpose. Apart from that the deck looks ok to me, Id maybe not have 3 Jorahs. He's goo and you will like to see him but you will also allow him to die over a lot of other dudes. Maybe 1/2 or him and add Rhageal and/or Viserion so fill out the 12 slots needed, they are cheap with a good Icon spread |
yeah, had serious thoughts about Rhageal instead of X3 Jorah. Went with the jorah for the first draft just to add more punch to mirri and see if this was an idea i wanted to continue to explore. |
You should also consider Aggo, granted he is a lot more expensive, but if your running the Summer plots he can participate in multiple challenges for you. The handmaiden is also a decent call for bannering with GJ. People will often throw whatever is needed at a chal asha throws at them just to stop her standing, even if its not in their best interest to do so. So being able to stand her again after all their hard work is gravy. Worst case the maiden would just be Mil soak |
I actually had the same thought, and decided that one Illyrio could actually be dropped for an aggo since there is 2 summer plots. Thumbs up |

I might double-up Varys's Riddle instead of playing a Snowed Under and the second Summer Harvest. VR is going to win initiative over most economy plots, and double Harvest has a greater chance of running into your opponent's Harvest or Riddle. |
I personally prefer Clash of Kings over Risen. They're both "win more" plots but Clash is safer and most often then not can slow the opponent down more if your not in a winning position. 1x Varys is good. I would probably swap summer harvest for trading or noble cause so you can reliable get your characters out. |
If you're thinking about switching Jorah to Rhaegal, I might recommend playing Priest of the Drowned God. Same cost, same strength, and I think the power icon is more valuable in a rush deck. Being non-unique means you can put more on the board, and the STR pump is just icing on the cake. I know this means less Targ cards, but that problem could be solved by playing 3x Shierak Qiya. Trust me, this card is that good, it has worked wonders in my GJ-Dragon deck, with Mirri, Balon and Asha all being great targets. Plots-wise I agree with |
Wildling Scout is also something to think about. Provides Stealth and helps Mirri a lot by attacking with her and sacrificing himself mid-challenge to activate her text. I agree with not needing 3 Jorah, but rather two and Viserion. Rhaegal may have the Int icon, but I think Wildling Scout is a must include anyhow and provides the icon. Shierak Qiya is indeed a nice card, but I wouldn't play more than 2. I also think Theon, Syrio, Illyrio and Sea Tower could be cut each by 1. Where is the Great Kraken? |
Typical 9 useless Targaryen cards just for Mirri. Nuff said. |
Sucks.
