Idea is simple, get Viper out, buff him every way you can and the win a fight to use his ability. Quite easy to get him to 50/60 force so if successful can get somewhere between 8-10 power from one fight. Couple this with Dorens game for a one turn win
Most things can be chucked under the bus for military claim, power shouldn't be a problem as you essentially try not to get any yourself so there's no to steal.
Aim is to mostly just do intrigue challenges. But non unopposed as you don't actually want power.
