How are you liking Balon Greyjoy (CtA)? I've yet to slot him into any decks.

@SerArthur Hi, in fact I didn't play yet this deck. I proposed it to discuss. I'm curious to play a deck with strong initiative with unopposed challenges, controlling the board.

@SerArthur: to be honnest. I think that Balon Greyjoy (CtA) will be less efficiency with the next expansion pack. Kings will well represented in deck (excepted in and ).

He seems a tough sell especially compared with how good Balon Greyjoy (Core)

@SerArthur I thought to include Balon Greyjoy (CtA) to combine unopposed challenges in attack and opposed challenges in defense. Asha Greyjoy and Balon Greyjoy (CtA) allow to keep standing characters.

I like the idea. I've experimented with a / deck using Balon Greyjoy (CtA) and Ser Jaime Lannister (Core) to similar effect. Though, like you said, I'm concerned with all the King trait attachments and characters now in the card pool to effectively pull off Balon's ability.

I didn't try it with my / deck. I included Ser Jaime Lannister (Core) (of course) and Asha Greyjoy with high initiative plots. But, biggest characters were Euron Crow's Eye and Ser Gregor Clegane.
