I think you need to decide on what your deck is trying to do and then focus on that. You have a bunch of different cards that help in different directions. I like Wraiths in Their Midst followed up by Heads on Spikes, which indicates a choke deck, but you have Jon Snow (Core), who is purely offensive and useful for winning contested challenges, which shouldn't happen too often if you are choking effectively. You also have Sweet Donnel Hill who is purely defensive but only one copy of The Wall.
Your plots are low on gold to consistently play Jon Snow (Core), Varys and Messenger Ravens. Why is Stonesnake better than a second copy of Ghost, who is one gold cheaper? You need to have an answer to that question.
A good deck has a thesis and every card in the deck supports that thesis. I feel you are trying to do too many things at once. If someone put a gun to our head and told you that you had to get down to 60 cards, could you pick the 5 worst cards in your deck and explain why they are the worst 5 cards in your deck?
I hope these thoughts are beneficial and I am happy to help if you have a thesis for your deck that you want to explore further.
