I see that this is a temporary posting, but I've been cultivating something similar and thought I'd weigh in.

I'm using Banner of the Sun instead of Fealty for His Viper Eyes and Bastard Daughter, which can empty a hand on turn 1 with the right setup.

• Golden Tooth is FANTASTIC when it comes online. I'm running 2 or 3 and never regret seeing it.
• On the other hand, I've been thoroughly underwhelmed by Insidious Scheme. The draw power is mouthwatering, but even in my build it's offline too often. 2 specific criteria (win INT by 5, no cards in hand) is just tough, and Cersei's Attendant just fills that role better. I ended up cutting them for Trial by Combat to give Cersei some fun.
• You might want to consider some location removal. Hand emptying is tough with a Great Kraken, Red Keep, Eastwatch, or similar up and running. I've got a few Pyromancers to help out.
• Plotwise, Wardens of the West has been overkill, especially with two Heads on Spikes. I've almost never actually triggered it. I have however been pleased with Early Frost for (a) choking their hand, (b) having 2 claim (Cersei enjoys holding trials in a bit of snow), and (c) being winter to give an outlet against Winterfell, which otherwise stops almost all of our fun events.

I had not considered Tyrion's Chain, and that's an intriguing (heehee) direction. I totally missed that Duel is a war plot - I may have to give that package a whirl!
