It's a corrected version of my favorite deck. I keep the main idea (a control based strategy) using the removal of challenge icons (using "condition" attachments and characters of banner) and stealth with characters. The corrections were focused on the diffulty to play against some houses.
In the previous version, Milk of the Poppy were absent. I chose the event Confinement to increase the possibilies of unopposed challenges or to defend easily. It's was a strong strategy against serveral offensive house, but I had no interesting solutions against some houses like . Adding Milk of the Poppy and We Do Not Sow, I found solutions to fight against these strategies. I included also Captain's Daughter as a solution against some characters which cannot be easily controled by my attachments and Iron Mines to secure my characters from death...
As I explained before, I chose to include a lot of characters using stealth like Asha Greyjoy or Theon Greyjoy or comparable skills like Nymeria Sand, without forgetting Pyke. These characters, combined with sereval locations, are the key of the gain of power. Indeed, the possibility to make frequently unopposed challenges could earn power but also, house give the possibility to maximize the profit of this strategy with locations as Great Kraken and The Seastone Chair.
Concerning the plots, I listen some advice about it, and I changed a lot of things but I conserved the moot Rise of the Kraken as a reboot for my attachment. I won some games combining a previous round with Weapons at the Door and then Rise of the Kraken.
The other plots was chosen with 4 or more golds. Supporting the Faith has a great interest for me, because I don't use a lot of events and I can't use ambush. It's a partial answer against a strategy based on these points. The other plots are classical, so I think I don't need to discuss about that.
A last thing: I'm really interested by advice!
Just got into this game over the last couple of weeks with my gaming buddies. Greyjoy caught my attention right off and I'm looking forward to trying this deck out!
