Looking for a good dominance package for Baratheon, and income was the hardest thing I've encountered with Bara. I put in Building Orders and Support of the People to make sure I could look for clutch cards like the Iron Throne and Chamber. Toying with Pylos and White Raven, I don't really like either that much, but White Raven can help get that extra dominance since I'm making an effort to play Summer plots.

I really like the idea of Bara/Summer. Just having all that extra gold should mean easier wins on dominance, and just more money in general to get out all the cards you want. Losing Fealty also means more options in neutrals, which is nice.

Thoughts on changes for the deck:

Agendas:

We'd already talked about it privately, but I'll make note of it here - Confiscation is probably still a must-have, even with Cressen.

I really wish there were some kind of Wildfire Assault for summer cards, but I think even without the summer typing you need some form of reset to help against the opponent snowballing.

I'm not sure how I feel about losing Filthy Accusations. Maybe there's still a spot for one? This is probably the worst point about the Summer agenda, that there's already so many plots I want in the deck, it's hard to fit summer ones in.

Probably a bit risky, but doubling up on Summer Harvest could mean dropping the A Noble Cause gaining another Summer plot. I think my choices for plots would go Summer Harvest x2, Calm over Westeros, Close Call, Confiscation, Flithy Accusations, and Wildfire Assault. And Building Orders. Hmm. If you can regularly get Stannis Baratheon (Core) out then drop Wildfire and add Building Orders... In any event I'd choose Building Orders over Summons with the line of reasoning that you can get The Red Keep via Building and then have a strong card draw engine to find the characters you need. You may also have to play around with the Harvests to see how reliable they are (In our tiny meta though playing one on first turn is going to be bonkers because people love playing Trading with the Pentoshi as their opening plot. X=10+2 from harvest+3 from pentoshi, +1 from Summer= 16 gold turn one). Harvest may prove to be too unreliable and instead want the reliability of A Noble Cause, but I wouldn't bring the plot deck to less than four Summer cards, because less than that and Fealty would generally work better.

Characters:

With Martell attachments and Milk of the Poppy being everywhere, I think every deck right now needs two Rattleshirt's Raiders. Cressen certainly helps, and maybe I'm too paranoid about attachments, but I think adding the raiders will certainly help out.

Where is Selyse Baratheon? With Martell as strong as they are right now (not to mention lannister) tears of lys is a constant threat, and she is your best answer, especially now that gold should be regularly ready for you during the challenge phase. Maybe overkill but I honestly think she should be x3 of in this deck.

Already talked about it before so just adding the note here - adding Syrio Forel is a great idea that I completely agree with. Probably not more than a x1, because he's not central to the win condition, but great effect to have pop up occasionally.

White Raven is great for the deck, but the wording is even better in the fact that it doesn't require you to have a revealed summer or winter plot, there just needs to be one on the table so your opponent may help you out with getting that extra power. I'd say run at least two, because it's effect will come up and be useful and since it's not unique having another one to play if the first one dies is nice.

As for what to cut, It's hard to say. I like Gendry and the Bastard in Hiding, but I could see that being cut-able, depends on how often you feel like you're winning games with him. Other than that the list looks solid, it's always hard for me to cut characters since they're all so useful.

Attachments:

Looks great to me, If you had room I think a combination of Bodyguard and/or Little Bird would be good, but I think adding in Selyse Baratheon should hopefully be enough to deal with Tears of Lys troubles.

Locations:

I agree with everything you've got here. Only thought I have is that depending on your plot composition, The Stone Drum may be an interesting 1-of include, if you have the room. Probably not the greatest in a Summer deck, but keep it in mind if you switch back to Fealty.

Events:

I'd love to see a third Even-Handed Justice, though I understand deck slots are tight.

I get the reasoning for In the Name of Your King!, but I feel like that's going to simply slow down a loss rather than stop one. If that card happened to be a third Justice for instance, you probably wouldn't need to use a name-of-the-king to stop the mil challenge.

I think Support of the People is nice but potentially difficult to fire off. For now hold on to it but I have a feeling it may not be necessary, supposing the Red Keep is easy to find it should get you your other locations quick enough.

Consider either The Hand's Judgment or Ours is the Fury in place of Name-of-your-King. Summer plots should hopefully mean you'll have an easier time holding on to gold for Hand's Judgment, meaning you could counter all those nasty kill cards like Put to the Sword and Tears of Lys. Ours is the Fury has some serious combat value, all-out attacking with King Bobby B and then surprise defending with him (and then winning dominance because he's standing) would be painful for the opponent. Oh, and of course there's always Put to the Sword if you want to try sniping key characters.

Overall:

I think the King of Summer agenda has some value, both in getting a little extra money out of Summer plots, and essentially countering anyone trying to choke you out with a King of Winter agenda. Fealty has a bit more potential in how much money it gives you, but the reality is probably close enough to Summer to not really make a difference. I'd say play around with this Summer agenda and see how often it gives you gold versus when you're playing loyal cards, and also see if the Summer plots are making the plot deck too clunky or restrictive versus what you'd play if you kept the deck Fealty.

Hope this helped; let me know how it plays!
