I took this deck to the Latvian Nationals and had a lot of fun testing it. Got to Top 8 thanks to a BYE.
I must say I really like the extra options "The Rains of Castamere" offers, however it's definitely not as competitive as a Fealty deck.
Martells need money bad and I had to overcompensate for the lack of fealty (The God's Eye)
With this deck you want unopposed Mil and Intrigue challenges (with Tyene Sand/Tears of Lys) to keep the board clean. Ghaston Grey and The First Snow of Winter help as well. You also get power from plots and should usually win by Turn 4.
Also, a lot of card draw to have a lot of options at all times.
